Hotel Blvd 7 - Plovdiv

The room was spacious and clean, but I found stains on the sheets.

The hotel is easily accessible; The reception staff all spoke very good English, were very friendly and very accomodating to all our needs. We booked a double room, and on arrival were upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious. We were allowed to park our motorbike directly outside the Hotel, meaning security was not a problem

Shower temperature fluctuation could create discomfort!!! Poor internet connectivity. Unpleasant odors from cigarette smoke detracted from overall comfort!!! Management should improve responsiveness to guest concerns!!!

all in all everything was perfectly fine, had a perfect 10/10 stay for a business trip. the location was exceptionally nice, a 10-15 minute walk from a bulgarian cultural museum. had triple room with big beds and wake-up service was available in it.

The staff was excellent -- extremely helpful. They upgraded us from a regular room to a suite at no extra charge. Location was excellent as well -- easy to find by car, good parking, and within walking distance of downtown. Very good value.

The room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. I faced issues with fluctuating water temperature in the shower, and the lack of towel hangers in the bathroom detracted from my experience. It's a good choice for families looking for comfort and value during a short stay.

It is very well located just north of the city centre, it will take you perhaps 15-20 min on foot to get from the hotel to the centre, or you can take a bus (#7 from the central station) or a trolleybus. There is a restaurant with very good food and also very good prices ~50 m from the hotel.

First of all, all members of staff were kind, considerate, helpful and provided excellent service! Everyone could feel special. Despite language barriers with staff other than receptionists, we were both able to communicate and they were doing what they could to make their guests feel wonderful. A lady at the reception even offered she sends a parcel for me abroad in case I have difficulty communicating. The room I stayed in was enormous!! I asked twice if this is a room for a single use, and the response I got was: Yes, feel at home! The room was very clean and was made clean and tidy every day. The air conditioner was working perfectly well, considering the hot weather. There were various good channels on TV in case you got tired and wanted to spend some time in a room. On the 1st day, a lady brought me a wireless kettle and some teas and coffees (although I did not ask!). Very kind! The internet was free of charge. So far, the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I do recommend it to anyone who plans a trip to Plovdiv!!

Perfect location,parking, Internet access, price ratio together with the special attitude to the client make the choice of hotel in Plovdiv very, very easy. The next time I will book it again.

Although there is no secure parking, the hotel staff proposed to park our bikes within the lobby of the hotel at a place were they didn't bother the rest of the hotel clients.

Breakfast was a bit poor

The hotel is a short walk from the center. The room was spacious and well-kept, great for comfortable downtime after visiting nearby attractions like the iconic old city. Perfect for our family vacation!

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could improve.

I liked just the location of the hotel, which is 2 mins from the International Fair.

Room was good and clean, also the bathroom was up to standard. Airco was working in room. Breakfast was also good. Staff was speaking English.

Parking places are limited, but they arrange a place in front of the hotel.
